Welcome to BoxBookiing. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using our website, mobile applications, products, services, or related platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Venue Partner”, or “You”) and DevsTree IT Services Private Limited, the owner and operator of the BoxBookiing platform ("Company", "BoxBookiing", "We", "Us", or "Our").

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• “Platform” refers to the BoxBookiing website, mobile applications, software, and related services.

• “Booking” means any reservation, slot booking, membership purchase, pass purchase, coaching session, tournament participation, or sports activity booked through the Platform.

• “Venue Partner” means any sports venue, turf owner, coach, academy, organizer, fitness center, or third-party service provider listed on the Platform.

• “Services” include venue bookings, memberships, passes, coaching sessions, tournaments, community activities, hosted games, and related offerings.

• “User Content” means reviews, ratings, photos, videos, messages, comments, or other content uploaded by users.

• “Wallet Credits” include cashback, promotional credits, booking vouchers, prepaid balances, or rewards issued by BoxBookiing.

2. Eligibility

Use of BoxBookiing is permitted only to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.

Users below 18 years of age may access the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use the Platform, the guardian accepts full responsibility for such use. BoxBookiing shall not be liable for unauthorized activity conducted by minors.

3. Nature of Services

BoxBookiing is a technology-based sports booking and discovery platform that enables users to discover sports venues, book sports facilities, join hosted games or tournaments, purchase memberships or passes, and participate in coaching sessions or community activities.

BoxBookiing acts solely as an intermediary platform between Users and Venue Partners. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not own, manage, supervise, or operate any listed venue, event, academy, coach, or sports facility.

Venue Partners remain solely responsible for venue quality, hygiene, scheduling, safety standards, player conduct, coaching quality, equipment, and event execution.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

BoxBookiing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in:

• fraudulent activity or fake bookings

• suspicious transactions or payment manipulation

• abusive, unlawful, or harmful behavior

• misuse of the Platform or violation of applicable laws

By using the Platform, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, support communication, service notifications, and promotional communication through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, or push notifications.

5. Memberships, Passes & Wallet Credits

BoxBookiing may introduce memberships, subscriptions, season passes, cashback rewards, promotional credits, prepaid wallet systems, or booking vouchers.

Such services may carry separate validity periods, eligibility conditions, expiration timelines, and usage restrictions displayed at the time of purchase.

BoxBookiing reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or revoke such benefits in cases of misuse, fraud, operational changes, or policy violations.

Wallet balances and promotional credits may not be transferable or redeemable for cash unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Booking, Payments & Split Payments

All bookings are subject to venue availability, operational feasibility, successful payment, and confirmation by the respective Venue Partner.

Payments may be made using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, net banking, split payments, or any supported payment method available on the Platform.

For team or group bookings, BoxBookiing may allow multiple users to contribute toward a single booking amount through split payment functionality.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Booking Credits

Cancellation and refund policies are determined solely by the respective Venue Partner. 

A booking is eligible for a 100% refund only if the cancellation request is submitted within 6 hours of the booking confirmation, irrespective of the scheduled slot date or time. 

Bookings made less than 6 hours before the scheduled slot start time are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

No cancellation or refund shall be permitted once the scheduled slot has started.

Cancellation time shall be calculated based on the scheduled slot start time.

In case of rain, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or similar circumstances affecting venue operations, cancellation, refund, or rescheduling requests shall be subject to the respective Venue Partner's policy.

Users may be required to coordinate directly with the Venue Partner regarding cancellations arising from weather conditions, operational issues, or other venue-specific circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and are typically credited within 5–7 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the user's bank, card issuer, payment service provider, or the original payment method used.

For any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund request, users must directly contact the concerned Venue Partner. Any refund approval, rejection, amount deduction, or refund timeline shall be handled entirely by the Venue Partner according to their individual policy.  

In rare cases such as maintenance, operational issues, booking conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Venue Partner may cancel a booking.

BoxBookiing only facilitates the booking process and shall not be responsible for any disputes relating to cancellations, refunds, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, venue-side cancellations, or any other venue-related issues.

8. Community, Groups & Social Features

The Platform may provide community-oriented features such as hosted games, tournaments, player groups, chats, ratings, reviews, and public interactions.

Users participate in such activities entirely at their own risk. BoxBookiing does not guarantee player authenticity, participant behavior, skill level accuracy, or the safety of community interactions.

Users remain solely responsible for their conduct while using such features.

9. Venue Conduct Rules

Users are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all venues and community events booked through the Platform.

Violence, harassment, abusive conduct, vandalism, cheating, illegal activity, restricted substance consumption, or disruption of activities may result in suspension, venue restrictions, account termination, or permanent bans.

BoxBookiing and Venue Partners reserve the right to deny access or remove users involved in misconduct.

10. Sports Injury & Risk Waiver

Participation in sports activities, tournaments, coaching sessions, fitness programs, and venue-based activities involves inherent physical risks including injuries, accidents, illness, disability, property damage, and, in rare cases, death.

By participating in activities booked through BoxBookiing, users voluntarily acknowledge and assume all such risks. BoxBookiing shall not be liable for injuries, medical emergencies, accidents, or damages arising during sports participation or venue usage.

Users are advised to assess their physical fitness and seek medical advice where necessary before participating in any activity.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not misuse the Platform or engage in unlawful activities.

Prohibited activities include fraud, fake bookings, harassment, phishing, hate speech, impersonation, uploading unlawful content, spreading malware, hacking attempts, manipulating bookings or pricing, violating intellectual property rights, or interfering with Platform infrastructure and operations.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension, permanent bans, legal action, or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

12. Anti-Scraping & Reverse Engineering Protection

Users are strictly prohibited from scraping data, copying venue listings, extracting pricing information, using bots or crawlers, mirroring the Platform, deep-linking unauthorized content, decompiling source code, reverse engineering software systems, or attempting to replicate Platform functionality.

All software systems, databases, workflows, algorithms, and operational methods remain the exclusive intellectual property of BoxBookiing.

13. User Content & Content Moderation Rights

Users may upload reviews, comments, ratings, photos, videos, messages, or community posts through the Platform.

By posting such content, users grant BoxBookiing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and use such content for operational and marketing purposes.

BoxBookiing reserves the right to moderate, restrict, investigate, or remove content that violates these Terms or may harm the Platform, its users, or Venue Partners.

We are not responsible for User Content posted by third parties.

14. Media & Photo Consent Rights

Photos and videos may be captured during sports activities, tournaments, coaching sessions, community events, or venue usage.

By participating in activities booked through the Platform, users grant BoxBookiing permission to capture and use photographs or videos for branding, advertisements, promotional campaigns, marketing material, and social media activities.

Users who do not wish to appear in such content must inform the organizer or Venue Partner before participation.

15. Platform Availability & Cybersecurity Disclaimer

The Platform may occasionally experience maintenance downtime, software bugs, delayed updates, cyber attacks, connectivity failures, malware incidents, or server interruptions.

While BoxBookiing makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always operate without disruptions or technical errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxBookiing shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, hacking incidents, malware attacks, unauthorized access, or delays caused by internet, telecom, or third-party providers.

Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

16. Mobile Applications & App Store Clauses

The Platform may be accessed through mobile applications distributed via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other mobile marketplaces.

Users acknowledge that such marketplaces are not responsible for the Platform or its services. BoxBookiing shall not be liable for unsupported devices, operating system incompatibility, installation failures, application outages, or app-store related disruptions.

17. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, trademarks, software, databases, graphics, workflows, source code, text, designs, and business systems available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to BoxBookiing and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or misuse any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

18. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using BoxBookiing, users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and usage of information for bookings, customer support, fraud prevention, analytics, security monitoring, operational improvements, and promotional communication.

BoxBookiing may maintain communication logs, booking records, and support interactions for operational, security, and compliance purposes.

19. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Platform may display third-party advertisements, sponsor promotions, external links, partner listings, or third-party services.

BoxBookiing does not guarantee the legality, quality, reliability, or accuracy of third-party products or services. Any dealings between users and third parties remain solely between those parties.

20. Legal Compliance

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws including Information Technology laws, intellectual property laws, consumer protection regulations, payment regulations, tax laws, and digital communication laws.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations.

21. Force Majeure

BoxBookiing shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, cyber attacks, internet outages, labor disputes, riots, war, power failures, or government restrictions.

During such events, services may be delayed, modified, suspended, or cancelled without liability.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxBookiing shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, sports-related injuries, venue disputes, third-party service failures, or user misconduct.

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of BoxBookiing shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the booking giving rise to such claim.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoxBookiing, its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful conduct, misconduct at venues, misuse of services, or fraudulent activities.

24. Suspension & Termination

BoxBookiing reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel bookings, restrict Platform access, or terminate services without prior notice where necessary for fraud prevention, operational safety, policy violations, legal compliance, or security concerns.

Users attempting to bypass suspension or misuse the Platform after termination may face permanent restrictions.

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

27. Amendments

BoxBookiing reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

28. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BoxBookiing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and voluntarily accept all rights, obligations, and limitations stated herein.
